Persistent Support Through a 30-Day Condo Sale

Mary Nelson sold my condo and was fantastic with this difficult sale. We had multiple offers on day one, and she was clear and communicative throughout—settling with a best and final amid a flurry of communication on our deadline day. And that's where the fun started, as we were trying to close within 30 days, and the property management company was impossible with paperwork and professionalism. Mary was a dogged warrior, going above and beyond any call of duty to get the required certifications from the company and their representatives. Which really leaves unsaid every other thing she did—arranging electricians quickly, going back and forth about minor changes in the final agreement, which was delayed a few days due to buyer issues.
